Who is Columbia Modern Living, LLC? We are a real estate development and property management firm that operates in the Columbia City and Seattle communities. Our dedicated team is led by Lily Zhong who has over 12 years experience in property management business.

Columbia Modern Living, LLC, is more than just a property management firm, however. We are owner/operators, so each of our rental properties is owned and maintained by our team. We also work in construction and development, and provide services for commercial tenants as well as residential tenants.
